He oversees the organization and development of the hotel industry, the organization and development of the public services sector, interaction with associations, unions, other organizations of public services and the hotel industry of the city, coordinates the work of subordinate enterprises in the provision of household and hotel services. Supervises issues of the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of facilities, monitors the implementation of energy efficiency indicators, the introduction of programs for the development of technical infrastructure in the organizations of the production sector, trade and public catering, processing industry, coordination of investment activities, disposal of state property and its lease.
